This shows the G Major chord. The chord begings on the root note. The keybed starts lower down at C, to help you position the chord. Now you can experiment with changing the type of chord, the root note, the voicing and the inversion.
This shows the G Major chord in second inversion alongside a G Major scale labelled across the top of the keys. If you select a root from the Label with scale/chord menu and then select a scale it will label the scale along the top of the keys, showing how a particular chord and scale interlink together.
